Masked Waves”

by Sophia O’Brien

Bubbly,

Sandy,

Calming waves.

Cold,

Harsh,

Negative waves.

Cold waves in my face, making me cry tears inside.

Sometimes I have to face the cold harsh waves of the ocean, and do

nothing.

Honesty is the best policy, but a little more is making me seasick.

Look at pretty waves coming from the ocean.

But they’re just

Big

Fake waves.

The heart of the waves is a shark that wants to eat me, and I do

nothing.
